Staff was friendly, Swimming pool on the rooftop with nice view and quiet area, also they have free service transportation to Impact one time per day that help you to reach MRT Impact. Individual breakfast for additional payment not expensive but, I recommend that should have selection for guests before serving the breakfast set menu.

เข้าไปล็อบบี้มีกลิ่นอับลุ้นมากว่าห้องจะเป็นเหมือนกันแต่ผิดคาดห้องโอเครเลย เาียอย่างคือจองเตียงใหญ่แต่ได้เป็นเตียงต่อกันทำให้เป็นร่องตรงกลางนอนไม่สบายเท่าไหร่แต่ภาพรวมโอเครเลย

エントランス入口から清潔感があり、印象の良いホテルだった。 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。 ただシャワーのお湯が出ず、溫度調節のレバーをお湯の方に捻ると水が止まってしまうこと、洗面台の蛇口も含めて水周りの水圧が弱かったのが気になりました。 少し歩いたところにトップスデイリーやSUBWAYといったお店もあり、便利でした。

If you’re looking for the place for the Impact Arena hall, is one of the best choice that you should have chosen. There is the free drop-off transfer to the hall. Is a good area, which is the noise disturbance from the road. The condition of the room was okay, and the pool was very nice. ✨ Breakfast was good. Only thing that I got blamed by the chef that I did not know how to use the coffee machine because normally in the hotel, the guest just select and press on whatever coffee they want. And I would say that “you dont understand, need to ask the staff to do”. Anyways, the reception and the breakfast room attendant were helpful and nice.

Because I was on a business 訂房網站, I stayed here, it is close to the exhibition hall, the environment is very good, and it is very quiet at night. Most of all the receptionist Stella was very nice, very kind and helped me a lot. Thanks Stella

ホテルとしては普通だが、朝食がいまいち。。。。 メニュー數は普通なのだが、味がいまいち。何を食べても、コクが無い。 3泊したが、3回目は食べなかった位。 後、位置的にgrabも使いにくく、ドンムアン空港周辺に用事が無い限りは、選択のメリットは無いので予約される方は、よく考えて！

酒店送機一早起來了，上課出租車居然不問清楚我哪裡起飛，半路上跟司機説錯了錯了，廊曼機場廊曼機場，司機回頭看我，説訂單到素萬那普機場的，我不能改。車衹能停路邊打電話，改訂單。再到廊曼機場還是晚了五分鐘關閘。這個損失平台肯定要給我確認哈！
